3 'Real Coal' Loads for HUO / HOP 24 24.5t Hopper

Ordered these from the Accurascale site and had a fuss free, quick delivery experience. The loads themselves are very realistic and fit the HUO wagons perfectly, with easy removal of desired. Highly recommended.

Really finishes off the wagons, looks really realistic, good value and quality.

Highly detailed value for money HOP 24 & separately purchased models to compliment my mid-50's to mid-60's steam & early diesel themed collection of running stock, a great way to build a rake of different numbered wagons. The presentation box is noticeably smaller than other purchases of wagons which seem oversized compared to the wagon size so I hope a reduction in packaging (and my storage space !) continues. Highly recommended, well done Accurascale.

Good value, good fit, realistic, and varied loads.

It is good to have removable loads for these wagons that fit perfectly.
My feeling is that as these HUO/HOP 24 wagons were mainly used for supplying coal fired power stations the grade of coal would have been quiet small - almost dust in 4mm scale. That used for these loads is much larger.

Excellent product, looks right and fits beatifully. The only reason I didn't give 5 stars is that although each is different, maybe they should all look a bit more different to make the whole train look less uniform?

Excellent fit in the model

I bought these for my single HUO which I bought a few weeks ago and I got to say they are excellent

These loads are nice quality and represent excellent value for money. They fit very well into your HOP wagons and make it a breeze of a job to add them. The loads on the top are presented as finely graded coloured chips of your chosen ore, black for coal, etc. It would be great if the grades were more mixed fine to intermediate and coarse. I bought these initially in a bulk to load up my 24-ton wagons, as I knew that they would sell out fast. It was a terrific way of getting them loaded without getting glue and little chips over the place. What more can one say other than they do on the packet. It shouldn't take long to fit and remove for the return trip to the pit. A useful product and with a little glue, a small piece of steel, glue underneath the load to aid removing them with a magnet.
