Accurathrash Class 55 'Deltic' Loksound DCC Sound Decoder

The first one to arrive was faulty and not giving the deltic roar, however accurascale customer service was excellent in getting a replacement.

I’m not an expert on DCC but the parts were easy to fit and sound superb.

Excellent realistic Deltic thrash really brings the model to life.

Top notch sound for a top notch loco!

I allready had the Caledonian sleeper with a class 92 loksound 5 build in decoder with allready a high sound performance
The accuratrash class 55 Deltic loksound decoder is a level higher in diesel sound experience

While looking good the model does not work when fitted with speaker and sound decoder as there is a short

The big accuthrash speaker really gives a bass rumble from the loco
The Speaker is easy to fit, but the one clip being a bit of a challenge to get the screws in from under the PCB. Not impossible but gently does it once the PCB is prised out
