Superb model. Taking an already outstanding Model from hattons and making it even better.
5 stars+
As one would expect from Accurascale the end result of these NER hoppers is absolutely superb. The nice twist in this multipack are the different versions of brake handles, either side or end mounted and also a P6 15T cut down wagon.

After purchasing 50014 and 50017 more of 50021 came into stock on Accurascales website. I decided not to hang around as I wanted a large logo grey roof version, would have preferred Anson. Just like the others I was taken aback with the detail on the model, great representation of the original, underframe and bogie detail is next level, check out the etched grill covering the air tanks! Cab and livery application is superb. Only thing is the multiple working boxes, but these were easily fixed by mixing up some railmatch enamel to the correct shade and applying carefully, much easier than attaching the replacements. What a model!
This was my second Accurascale Class 50 after purchasing 50014. Again superb detail all around and for the first time a really accurate representation of the original. I remember the introduction of NSE livery as a kid and this was not my first choice of NSE livery, preferring the revised livery. Nevertheless I went for it and was not disappointed, having painted this livery at home on models I am amazed this has been done so well on an industrial scale. As with 50014 great running and lighting suite. Only thing to mention is the multiple working boxes needing some paint. Having received painted replacements from Accurascale I opted to paint the originals in the same shade and personally it was easier than swapping them out, as the flexing cracked the paint off the replacements. Its not a grumble and great aftersales as usual from Accurascale.
I purchased this after being very impressed with the recent Class 50 releases. I was not disappointed! the model is a faithful representation and looks great from all angles, has superb detail including the cabs and as with the Class 50s the paint application is pretty much flawless. Great slow running even on DC and impressive haulage capability. If you have been "sitting on the fence" get one you wont be disappointed.
I picked up an additional class 50 and decided to upgrade it to sound. I ordered the decoder and it arrived promptly and was simple to fit and the sound is really good.
Being a DCC enthusiast, I'm normally not too enamoured with digital steam sounds and as such possess very few kettles with sound, but this little gem is excellent. It is finely detailed, well constructed and packaged, runs smoothly and the sound is spot on. The perfectly timed firebox flicker looks great. I still prefer diesel and electric loco sounds but this Pannier holds its own on my very fictional 25kv overhead & 750v 3rd rail preserved railway TMD depot layout! A Folkestone Harbour Pannier would be my suggestion for a future run...
These loads are just right! If you don't want the fuss of making your own loads these offer a good value option.
This is one of a number of Class 37s I have bought from Accurascale.
The level of detail is excellent, and it's great that Accurascale have designed the tooling in a way that allows it to cover many of the individual locomotive modifications made to the class over the years. The sound quality is superb as is the build quality. The addition of the crew figures, also available from Accurascale, add to the character of the model.
This is yet another excellent release from Accurascale and with Accurascale's lifetime warranty, you can be safe in the knowledge that if something goers wrong then Accurascale will fix it.
A lovely little coach with a distinctive livery. Lots of detail and a beautiful finish. Highly recommended.

A fantastic relica of a western region favourite. Ran well straight from the box and a small running in period even improved on this. Very happy to recommend
The attention to detail is fantastic, will certainly enjoy running these on the layout
Always had a coal train on my layout but never had a natural the mine
Lord Londonderry lived in Mount Stewart House Newtownards
On a visit to the house I discovered he owned the Londonderry coal mine
As I try Model Irish models it was great to make the connection with the first ones you did the Calderon and now the more modern one Thanks for a great 00 Model and roll on to getting them in 0 gauge my coal mine is looking good
Fantastic model. truly a work of art, Hoppers come with a bag of fine detail, to make them “Punch”
These twin tail lamp packs are an absolute must for end of trains lamps and really look the part. I was so impressed with my original purchase I bought several more packs as they are great value for money as well as being well designed
Great model. Has all the detail of the Hatton’s 66 without any of the problems. Body removal is painless allowing easy fitting of driver figure. lighting and sound also great.
Great value for money and well engineered free funning coaches that are a delight to run behind a class 68. I am really impressed with the magnetic couplings
ordered my Class 50 and waited 22 months for delivery.
Very impressed with its look and performance. The level of detail is first class and the running is exceptional both at very slow speed as well as fast.
Unlike some of the other Class 50,s the centre head code light as per original is closed over, and directional lights come from light box above cab. My only criticism
of the model is that this light is very dim, and with the absence of any other lights would have expected this light to be more powerful as per original.
Overall chuffed to bits with detail of model sounds and running performance.
Tourqe and pulling performance epic
